English Rebellion and Dave Hunt (Friday)

English Rebellion is a brand new line-up - but its members are solidly rooted in the English playing tradition and between them have over 100 years of playing in high-class ceilidh bands all over the country. The line-up includes: Mary Barber - fiddle; Nick Barber - melodeon, horn, recorder; Anahata - melodeon, anglo concertina, cello and Mary Humphreys - electric piano, banjo, english concertina. Calling for them on Friday night will be the one and only Dave Hunt.

Cock & Bull Band (Saturday)

With over 20 years experience on the professional folk scene, The Cock & Bull Band are widely recognised as one of the top ceilidh and barn dance bands on the circuit. Always prepared to surprise and delight, the quality of the band's music guarantees an amazing time for their audience, be they beginners or the most expert dancers. Despite their almost unrivalled success, the band still enjoy playing at small, intimate events, as much as at major international festivals. As long as you are prepared for something thrilling and unique, you will have a fantastic time.

The Gloworms and Cat Kelly (Sunday)

The Gloworms are a London-based trio playing exciting reinterpretations of traditional English dance rhythms. They formed in 2001 with the aim of playing bold music that makes a deep connection with 21st century people. The result is cool, subtle music with irresistable dance groove. The line-up is Jon Brenner - piano accordion, Colin Cotter - banjo, stompbox and Laurel Swift - fiddle, voice, clogs. Their caller will be Cat Kelly

Shake a Leg (Monday)

Shake-a-leg are an English Country Dance Band based in Lancashire. Renowned for delivering a strong jazzy, stompy feel to their material, their music is not typical of what one normally expects from a Ceilidh Band. Often in demand at a whole range of gigs from social dances to festivals, delivering fun, invariably raucous nights of dynamic dance music with plenty of improvisation. They are Phil Brown ( Whistles, Concertina, Melodeon, Harmonica, Cornet & Trumpet), Martin Stimson ( Drums, Percussion, Mandola), Tony Cooke (Electric & Acoustic Guitar) and Frank Bateman (Trombone, Electric Bass & Bodhran).Their caller on Monday night will be Ian Wilson.
