Covid Safety

We want your experience to be safe and stress free in the continuing Covid pandemic. So, request that you adopt the following measures:-

Please take a lateral flow test on the morning of the concert. If you have tested positive, or have any Covid like symptoms please do not attend – let us know and you will receive a full refund.

When entering, leaving or moving around the premises, please wear a face covering.

Please use the NHS Test and trace QR code which has been specifically generated for this event only, and is located at the entrance to the venue.

Please use the hand sanitisers provided.

The auditorium is divided into two parts, one half will be socially distanced with alternate rows of seats used and 2-metre spacing between groups.  The other half will not have social distancing enforced.

We will be providing a bottle bar for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.  Please observe social distancing when queueing. We will be taking card payments but would encourage use of cash for speed and ease.

If you test positive for Covid within 5 days of attending, please let us know as a matter of urgency as well as reporting the result on the NHS app.

Car Parking

If you are fit and able to walk, please park away from the church in order to keep the limited number of parking spaces for use by those who need to be close. These will allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

There is plenty of parking in and around Hoole, so please use this if you can, or, better still, walk or use public transport.
