This is the Privacy Policy for Chester Folk Festival. We will always respect your privacy. The information below outlines what personal data we hold, how it is used, and how you can opt out.

When you order tickets from us, we will ask you for your name, address and email address so that we can process your order and in case we need to contact you about the tickets you have ordered.

In addition, If you have consented for us to do so (or if you have opted-in to our mailing list some other way), we will keep a record of your name, postal address (if provided), email address (if provided), when you last purchased tickets for one of our events and details of the tickets you purchased.

We keep this data after we have completed your ticket order so that we can let you know about future events that we run. We will contact you by email if an email address is available. If not, we may contact you by post.

We will keep your data safe and never sell or disclose it to any third parties, except as may be required by law.

You may elect to be removed from our mailing list at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link below, or in any of the emails, we send you.
