Young Folk Sunday Sessions

Aged 10 – 18? Play an instrument or sing?

Come and join our Folk Music Sunday Sessions where you can learn

how to play and sing folk tunes and songs by ear.

No music reading necessary! All ability levels are welcome.

Just bring your instrument and voice and we will create a fun Folk

Ensemble which will develop your musicianship and listening skills.

Young Folk Sunday Sessions are designed as a monthly series running

from November to May, culminating in a performance at

Chester Folk Festival in Kelsall on Monday 27th May 2024.

The Sunday Sessions will run on the following dates:

12th November, 10th December, 14th January, 11th February, 

10th March, 14th April, 12th May

All sessions will run from 2 - 4pm at  

St Mary’s Handbridge Centre, Overleigh Road, Handbridge,

Chester, CH4 7HL
